We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning natural beauty and close to attractions like the Osulloc tea museum and Innisfree outlet. The hotel had a 24-hour convenience shop on the premises, which was really convenient when we needed a late-night snack. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that our room was ready in just 10 minutes. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a balcony offering beautiful views. We also appreciated the amenities like the in-room safe and the TV with a wide range of Korean channels. the hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.
This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I recently had an enjoyable stay at a hotel in this city. The location was great as it was close to many attractions like museums and theme parks. The hotel was very clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The view from my room was fine including the amazing mountain and green tea field. The staff was helpful, efficient, and spoke English. Lastly, the hotel had plenty of free parking.
Nothing, I didn't like, to be fair.

The hotel location is perfectly situated near the famous Osulloc Tea Museum and Shinhwa World theme park. the hotel is equipped with a 24-hour convenience store, which is convenient for late-night snack runs. One more advantage is the lovely staff, who displayed exemplary efficiency and friendliness.
The breakfast menu was quite repetitive. Although they serve traditional national foods, they could add more variety to the menu.

We had a fantastic city break experience. the location was perfect as we were able to explore many attractions within a short drive. the staff were friendly and could communicate in English, making our stay smoother. We loved the calming and relaxing view from our room. the spacious bathroom was also a plus, and the bidet toilet seat was a unique feature we enjoyed.
Although the hotel had some pros, we had some issues. the breakfast could have offered more variety, especially for those who prefer vegetarian or western diets.
